Itinerary: Tashkent-Dangara-Kokand-Rishtan-Fergana-Margilan-Aksikent-Chust-Fergana-Tashkent
Duration: 3 days/2 nights
Day 1. Tashkent-Dangara-Kokand-Rishtan-Fergana
Transfer from Tashkent to Fergana with guide and by car. In Dangara you will see: woodcarving. In Kokand you will see: Khudayar Khan Palace (1870), Gushtlik Mosque (1913), Jami Mosque and Minaret (1809-1812), Mulkabad Mosque (1913), Miyon-Khazrat Madrassah (end of XVIII c.), Dahman-Shahon Architectural Complex: necropolis of Madirahana and cemetery (the beginning XIX). Transfer to Rishtan (50 km). Visiting of a ceramic workshop of Rustam Usmanov and Japan school. Transfer to Fergana city. Accommodation at the Hotel. Rest.
Day 2. Fergana-Margilan- Aksikent-Chust
Breakfast at the Hotel. Guided tour through Fergana valley. In Margilan city you will see: house-workshop of Turgunbay Mirzaakhmedov. Also, you will visit Aksikent (II-I century B.C.). Lunch near the old settlement Aksikent. After lunch tour to the Chust city. Chust is an important center for cotton processing. It is also known for artisanal products including, notably, pocket knives and embroidered cotton skullcaps known as tubeteika (Uzbek). The city contains the National Knife Factory, in which metal workers "smash and grind their knives from short lengths of steel or iron, honing each blade into the desired shape with a meticulous attention to detail". Knives with a curved tip are a trademark of Chust craftsmen .
Day 3. Fergana-Andijan-Tashkent
Breakfast at the Hotel. Guided tour around Fergana city. You will also visit Kuva and Andijan cities. Transfer to Tashkent.
